These women's gatherings are a special place for us to share our births, exactly how we experienced them. No gas lighting.
Feel heard in how your birth experience unfolded. What you loved, what you didn't love.
Women are often never given the space to speak their story out loud to other women, to have their story heard. This is a safe space for women to open up and share their true birth story.
This is also a beautiful way to release stored trauma around your birth experience.
Come together as we enjoy snacks and share our stories together. Laugh, cry, hold space & release what no longer serves.

Understanding our cycle can help us better understand our health and what is going in our internal system.
This gives us the power to improve our physical health, our menstrual health and support our natural design to be fertile, grow babies, and birth them into this world.
This knowledge can be used to improve your chances to conceive, but also in times when you are trying to prevent conception without using conventional methods.

Young girls often feel alone and shamed when they start their menses.
These gathering are to help them embrace their sacred temple and feel pride rather than shame.
To know they are never alone.
