We will enjoy some ceremonial cacao (optional) while you share the vision of your beautiful empowered birth. I will decorate your belly with a beautiful henna design as your women whisper beautiful affirmations about your strength and wisdom, this journey, the magnitude of your body and this powerful life transition you’re about to undergo.

So much transition. It can be a lot to take in and its easy to just get caught up in the next thing, and feel very overwhelmed by the loss of who you used to be.
This ceremony is to celebrate and honor this huge milestone

Let’s gather to honor a chapter closing and a new beginning. Your life will never be the same.
This can be intimate, you can invite your most special people and we will hold space for all the feelings that are coming up for you.
This can be a special time to burry your placenta if you choose to.
I will perform a moxa treatment over your womb, to send a gentle warming and healing energy.
We will wrap your belly, sing and cry, and shower you with love and support and nourishing food.

If things didn't go as planned, what may have happened, and how to release any internalized beliefs you may have taken on about yourself, your body, or your baby during these intense moments of your life.
Or this can simply be a time to reflect on the joy and beauty of your body and the profound experience you had bringing your baby into this world.
